USADA: The Farce Continues

Yesterday, July the 12th, USADA's media relations commented on my reply (as posted on velonation.com), stating: 

- “Mr. Ferrari’s legal counsel was in communication with USADA about the case..." forgetting to mention that I NEVER APPOINTED ANY LEGAL COUNSEL to take care of... such case. So, who did they send it to? 

- “...and a copy of the charges was hand-delivered to Mr. Ferrari’s home in the presence of him and his wife" 
Neither myself nor my wife have officially been delivered any document. 
Who would have made such delivery? When?
